Hi there! My name is Dmitry Shcherbyna. Since 2016, I have been designing digital products for banking, fintech, retail, web3, public sector, and property insurance.

This article is a part of the "Index_" project that is a visual research of countries in an attempt to digitize what may or has already begun to disappear. It investigates street art in Georgia as part of the urban landscape.

As with any relatively new phenomenon, street art has yet to find its established place in national art history. Sometimes, works disappear or can be damaged on city streets within hours of their creation. So this project is my attempt to preserve at least some of the modern artists' works.

It is an archive of Georgian street artworks shot in 2021-2023 on an iPhone 7 Plus. Some shots were done in 3rd attempt because of bad weather/lack of good natural light/parked cars that interfered with the photographs.

All the works represented in this article are not a complete collection, especially since, over the past couple of years, a vast array of no less impressive works have appeared.

I found the exact places and took photos in different parts of the country, retouched all materials, wrote the article, and implemented a webpage design.
